A bar code is automatically printed on each customer's invoice. When your customers include the invoice remit slip along with their payment, all you have to do is scan the bar code and the appropriate customer's account will instantly appear in LM Software. This makes receiving payments quick and easy.
Bar codes on route sheets work as follows:
A bar code is automatically printed on the route sheet for each job. When you scan the bar code of a particular job, that job is instantly highlighted in LM Software. If you scan many bar codes, all of the jobs will be highlighted so that they are ready to be completed or rescheduled. This makes completing and rescheduling jobs at the end of the day quick and easy.
